Thursday 21 June 2018, we will talk about one of the foods to be consumed daily: bread. The Pro Loco Galatina Association has organized for this day a meeting, at the splendid Piazzetta Cavoti in Galatina, to talk (and not only) and learn about bread.
Will be shown the various stages of processing of bread, with its ingredients and all types of leavening, including the yeast (lavatu) and how to do it at home.
